ABOUT US
Q. Do you have a shop?
Yes we do. Our shop is located in 41B Avenue Road, Portobello, Dublin 8, D08 E9K1. We are open in Portobello from Monday-Friday 10am - 5.30pm. We also open on the. Last Saturday of each month between 10am and 5pm. Here you will find our range of mid-century furniture, furniture by our other European brands & other small giftable items.

Q: Are your products original designs?
Our design classics are inspired by and manufactured in the style of the original furniture designs. We are proud of the superb quality and craftsmanship of our furniture and believe that our products speak for themselves. Our European brands under the brands section are original current designers.
Q: Do you provide a guarantee with your products?
Yes, we provide a one year warranty with all of our products, in addition to your statutory rights under The Sale of Goods Act.
Q: Are any of your products flat packed?
No, but some may require very simple assembly (e.g table legs). We have taken great care to ensure that assembly, where needed, is quick and as easy as possible. Our delivery men are happy to assemble where required and we factor this into the cost.
Q. Do you offer trade or volume discounts?
Yes we do - please see our trade section on the website or email us at sales@cadesign.ie with your details.
ORDERS, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: Can you hold on to my order while I prepare my space?
Yes, we can hold on to your order for up to 4 weeks of it arriving in our warehouse free of charge and deliver at a time that suits you. Once the 4 weeks have elapsed each ordered item will incur an additional €10 per week to store in our warehouse while you prepare your space.
Q: What payment options are available online?
You have the option of checking out via regular Credit Card Payment, Paypal Apple PAy and Google when using compatible devices or by Bank Transfer.
Q: How does Paying by Bank Transfer Work?
Simply opt for our Pay By Bank Transfer method at checkout and you will then be sent you Order Confirmation by email which has your Invoice attached. The Invoice contains our IBan and a short instruction on how to transfer the balance to us. If you would prefer to pay a 50% Deposit please get in touch with our team online once your Order has been placed and we can arrange that with you.
Q: Will my order be charged VAT?
All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
Q: If an item that I want is out of stock, when can I have it?
For all our European suppliers the lead time came be 1-6 weeks depending on stock availability. The design classics usually take 12-16 weeks (occasionally, this may take a little longer due to shipping schedules).
Q. What is the lead time on my order?
Lead times can vary depending on the item ordered. Items that are in stock have a 2-5 day delivery.
Q: How much do you charge for delivery and how long do you take to deliver?
We have a number of various shipping rates which you will find on our shipping section.
Q: Is express shipment available for an extra fee?
If this is possible, we will try our best to accommodate you.

Q. Do we ship outside of Ireland?
Some products on this website are Ireland exclusive. We can recommend shipping companies here in Ireland that can ship overseas if need be.
