This site, its contents together with any trade names used by the company are protected by intellectual property rights and permission is only given For personal use. Any use beyond that permitted may constitute an infringement of owner’s rights and may be prosecuted.
CA Design Terms & Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions for use of and purchase of products from CA Design .ie (“the Site”). We are the online presence of CA Design (“The Company”). Use of the site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms, which may at any time be amended. Your use at any time thereafter constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms as amended.
We have great faith and pride in our products and we want you to be happy with any item that you buy from us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and simply return it to us within 28 days, in its original packaging with any tamper seals intact. Please include a completed customer returns form. The customer will be expected to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us, except where an item is faulty. Refunds will be made to the original card of purchase.
Replacements for exchange of damaged goods will be dispatched upon receiving the original goods back into our warehouse. If the packaging is damaged, please state this on the driver’s delivery note.
CA Design does not give refunds or replacements for the following items:
- If notification has not been received in writing via email within 7 days
- Items returned after the 28 day period
- Items returned without a fully completed returns form
- Damaged products not notified by telephone or e-mail to us within 7 days
The CA Design team does it’s best to ensure that products viewed on our website are as accurate in colour and size as possible. As many of our products are either handmade using natural materials such as wood, leather and pony skin, or are hand finished, slight variations in size and colour may occur. Some products may vary very slightly in colour from those viewed on our website, due to computer screen limitations. We hope you understand this.
Any amendments or cancellations to an order must be received by us via email within 7 days from the date your order was placed, providing your order has not already been sent out to you. To cancel please email firstname.lastname@example.org and you will receive a full refund. If your order is not in stock and has gone into production at our factories within the 7 days your order cannot be cancelled.
We accept Visa, Mastercard , Laser, and Visa Debit. All of our payment processing is handled securely by Realex Payments, a leading European payment service provider.
Prices include VAT and exclude delivery charges. We reserve the right to alter prices any time due to a rise in VAT, shipping etc. If ordering from outside Ireland, please be check if you will be subject to import duties or any other charges into your country.
RECEIPT OF ORDER CANCELLATION
When you place an order, we will email you an order receipt confirmation. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please email us at email@example.com
We use contracted drivers to deliver your purchases to your front door. Please be aware that you may need to have somebody available to help the driver. The driver will be happy to carry the items over your threshold but will not be liable for any damage caused to the interior of your property, howsoever caused. Failed delivery, due to nobody being at home or goods being too big to fit through the entrance will result in a re-delivery charge.
